AEON MIRA9 30W RF DAVI Laser Engraving Cutting Machine

The MIRA9 is a laser engraving and cutting CNC machine for industrial use that easily fits on a desktop. It is perfect for those who do not want to spend a lot of space on a large CNC machine and want a great result for various engraving and laser cutting jobs. Although the size of the machine is small, it meets the Class 1 Laser safety standard, its frame is made of metal, so it is strong enough to withstand everyday use. The machine is also already equipped with cooling, a smoke fan and an air pump, so there is no need to take care of these systems separately. It further increases the working area and replaces the water cooling system with a steam compressor, which cools the system much faster for continuous operation, allowing you to use a laser up to 130W. Ventilation and smoke extraction systems have also been improved, making it easier and more efficient to carry out mass production.
The working area is about 900 x 600 mm, the positioning of the height Z axis is 150 mm, so you will be able to accommodate not only a larger product, but also additional rotary manipulators or other axes of movement. The cutting base is replaceable and can be made of either a porous material or a special cutting base that is even more resistant to abrasion due to cutting work. The holes in the base allow you to safely extract cutting smoke and not have to worry about the laser-cut work surface. Non-fitting items or longer plates can be inserted by lifting the lid, engraving only part of the product.
The speed of the laser head itself is up to 1200 mm / s, acceleration up to 5G forces, so it performs CNC processes extremely fast. The head movement rail is resistant to dust generated during cutting, and the laser module uses beam autofocus, making its positioning particularly accurate.

Note: when cutting plastic materials, it is advisable to place an additional plate over the honeycomb base to prevent the plastic being cut from burning the honeycomb. The cutting base is much more resistant to such cuts.\
