Deluxe Materials Tricky Stick

Tricky Stick is developed to make cyanoacrylate adhesives effective even on low surface energy and smooth materials. By pre-treating the surface, the adhesive gains improved bonding performance on materials that are otherwise difficult to glue using standard CA adhesives.

The product works on a range of materials commonly used in model building, RC applications, hobbies and technical projects. It is especially suitable for EPP and EPO foam as well as plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Silicone, fluorinated rubber materials and acetals can also be treated for improved bonding results.

Apply a thin layer of Tricky Stick to the surfaces that will be bonded and allow it to dry. Cyanoacrylate adhesive can then be applied to one surface before pressing the parts together until cured. The product is used together with CA adhesives such as Deluxe Materials Rocket Rapid or Rocket Hot and acts as a primer to improve adhesion on difficult-to-bond materials.

Tricky Stick is suitable for both hobby use and more technical repairs where standard adhesives struggle to bond properly. It is useful for repairing foam models, plastic components, RC parts and certain 3D printed parts made from difficult-to-bond materials where strong and reliable adhesion is required.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
