Estlcam

Estlcam is a simple CAM program designed to operate a 3-axis CNC milling machine.

Estlcam is able to generate g-code from a .dxf drawing (2D processing) and an .STL model (3D processing).

This is a typical CAM program - it is not possible to draw new drawings, only correct the imported ones to correct the tool path. To edit the project, we need a CAD program or simply an appropriate drawing/model downloaded from the Internet.

Estlcam allows you to perform operations such as:

• External milling,

• Internal milling,

• Creating islands,

• Choosing pockets,

• Leaving material connectors,

• Marking cuts in the material,

• Determining the tool entry point, tool exit points,

• Leaving excess material,

• Edge chamfering,

• finishing machining,

• Engraving/milling can be done along a line or using offsets on the inside or outside of the milled object,

• Drilling,

• Adding text in a drawing,

• Free setting of the zero point in the drawing;

Moreover, the program itself creates tool offsets for the tool database, which we can enter ourselves.

After generating the CNC program, the program presents a preview of the tool path. We generate the program: File > save CNC program

Startup description:

After starting the program for the first time, we select from the "presets" window the preferred language (user translation, you can choose Polish) and an alternative language (what has not been translated yet).

Then we select the units in which we want to work (millimeters/inches) and the feed speed (default mm/min).

When working with Mach3, it is important to select the post-processor for Mach3/4 in the "CNC program settings" tab.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.

Estonia - 6.50€ (incl. VAT)

Paid orders of more than 150€ are shipped for free to Latvia and Estonia.
