Upgrade kit Multi Material 2S for printer Prusa i3 MK2.5S/MK3S - self-assembly

The kit extends the capabilities of 3D printer Prusa i3 Original MK2.5S/MK3. A more advanced version addition the Multi-Material 2.0. The application of this improvement gives the possibility of printing even five different filamentami at the same time. Because of this, printing high quality, colorful 3D models becomes extremely simple. Modernization and even more significant refinement were also elements directly related to the process of filing filamentu for extruder. The manufacturer in the submitted package introduced a number of innovative solutions that further enhance the comfort of use of the printer Prusa i3. The main features implemented in Multi-Material 2S modernization relate to the newly designed body of the device and the charging system filamentu. Bearings, mounted in a fixed drum and one motor of the extruder are on the device. This solution allows to install up to five threads simultaneously. The print material is supplied and removed from the extruder automatically, by include blades for cutting filamentu head switch. In addition to the most popular types of fibers, such as ABS, PLA or PETG, MM2S compatible with the materials to soluble supports such as: BVOH and PVA. Replace a Bowden cable system is direct drive, which with a single Teflon tube extruder filament selected, simplifies loading filamentu and defends in front of his lock. From new designed is also located in the head of the selector sensor filamentu F. I. N. D. A. Buffer allows you to easily manage your media. Prevents confusion filamentu during its installation or removal. Allows convenient location of the coils, which is especially important when printing using multiple threads simultaneously. Official software from the company Prus, PrusaSlicer supports advanced functions cleaning ready 3D models.
