1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1.1. if the User's consent to the disclosure of his / her Personal Data has been obtained;

6.1.3. for law enforcement institutions - in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
6.1.4. to other persons - in cases provided by law.
6.2. The Personal Data of the User is provided to the Member States of the European Union or to other foreign countries under the same terms and conditions as for recipients of Personal Data in the Republic of Lithuania and only for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6.2.1. The User agrees that Anodas.lt will collect Consumer Behavior Data to protect its Users from fraud, identity theft and other violations, including but not limited to whether the individual in question is in violation of the Anodas.lt General Terms and Conditions and other data collected by the Site base will create a "black base.
