The DFRobot module is equipped with the Atmega328P microcontroller compatible with Arduino Pro/Mini. This means that it can be programmed through the Arduino IDE using available libraries. To connect the system with the computer, you will need the USB - UART converter.

Creating and installing software is allowed by the free environment of the Arduino IDE. This board has no system that controls the USB interface. Therefore, for programming necessary is UART - USB adapter.
