Touch screens are now everywhere, from phones to public transport, so why not implement such a screen in an Arduino project? This 71 mm diagonal touch-sensitive TFT LCD display add-on is a great choice for an Arduino Uno project: its size is large enough for a complex menu, but it will even fit on a robot toy. Everything is already assembled, so no soldering is required, just connect it to the Arduino.
The display has 4 white LEDs for backlighting, so its brightness is particularly good. Many colors and a higher than usual screen resolution make this module an even more attractive choice for projects. The add-on has already built-in RAM memory, so the Arduino microprocessor is much less loaded. The manufacturer also provides a library (Library) to make writing control code easier.
Note: to use the add-on with Arduino Mega, you need to solder 3 jumpers
