36V Linear Actuator - Super Power Jack - HARL3618

Setting the operating range:

The operating range can be set using the limit switches located inside the actuator, under the protective cover, secured with four screws.

Retract the actuator so that the lower limit switch is depressed. Hold the retractable pin so that it does not rotate.
After pressing the lower limit switch, unscrew the retractable pin to the position from which the actuator should start.
After adjusting the actuator start point, electrically withdraw it to the point where you want the actuator to stop. Hold the retractable pin so that it does not rotate.
When the actuator is at the stop point, loosen the upper cam screw and turn it until the second limit switch is depressed.
Hold the cam in this position and tighten the fixing screw.

ATTENTION! Special attention should be paid to the above-described operation, as incorrect setting of the limit contacts may damage the moving structure of the actuator or damage the actuator drive. After connecting the power supply, the retractable shaft must be secured against rotation, as this will disturb the set start and end points of the actuator. When the pin rotates, the limit switches must be adjusted according to the procedure described above.
