PC/PBT (HT-UV-IMPACT) is a 3D printing material for industrial and automotive parts. The products are strong, heat and UV resistant. The material and products are odorless. The products do not deform and almost do not shrink when cooled. The printing process is simpler than when using PC or PC-ABS materials.
Printing recommendations
- extruder temperature 240-260°C
- substrate temperature: 90-110°C
- chamber temperature: 50-80°C

It is possible to print with both direct feed and Bowden type feed systems. It is recommended to print in a closed chamber. The material has extremely good initial adhesion, but if necessary, it is recommended to use the necessary initial adhesion adhesives. Printing takes place at high temperatures, therefore it is recommended to use all-metal material feed systems.
