AEON MIRA5 60W CO2 Laser Engraving Cutting Machine

The MIRA5 is a hobby grade laser engraving and cutting CNC machine that easily fits on a desktop. It is perfect for those who do not want to waste space on a large CNC machine and want a great result for various engraving and laser cutting jobs. Although the size of the machine is small, its frame is made of metal, making it strong enough to withstand everyday use, especially the operational errors of younger users. The machine is also already equipped with water cooling, a smoke fan and an air pump, so there is no need to install these systems separately.
The working area is about 300 x 500 mm, the positioning of the height Z axis is 100 mm, so you will be able to accommodate not only a larger product, but also additional rotary manipulators or other axes of movement. The cutting base is made of a hexagonal shaped material that allows safe extraction of smoke and not worry about the laser-cut work surface. Bigger parts or longer plates can be placed by lifting the lid, engraving only part of the product.
The speed of the laser head itself is up to 1200 mm / s, the acceleration is up to 5G, so it performs CNC processes extremely fast. The head movement rail is resistant to dust generated during cutting, and the laser module has an autofocusing beam, making its positioning extremely accurate.

Note: when cutting plastic materials, it is advisable to place an additional plate over the hexagonal base to prevent the plastic being cut from burning the base.
