Optimized for Professional 3D Scanning

AESUB Violet is designed to make difficult-to-scan surfaces easier to digitize. The thin coating reduces reflections and transparency, allowing the 3D scanner to capture details with high accuracy. The spray is particularly suitable for glossy, dark, or transparent materials where scanning quality would otherwise be compromised.

Long Working Time for Larger Projects

With a scanning time of approximately 2–6 hours, AESUB Violet is designed for longer and more demanding scanning projects. The stable coating provides ample working time for large objects, complex geometries, and detailed measurements without requiring reapplication.

Evaporates After Use

Unlike traditional scanning sprays, AESUB Violet does not need to be washed or wiped away after scanning. The coating gradually evaporates after use, saving time and minimizing the risk of residue on sensitive components, prototypes, and finished products.

High Accuracy and Broad Compatibility

The coating is applied in a very thin layer with minimal impact on the object's dimensions. AESUB Violet is compatible with virtually all optical 3D scanners and is used in quality control, reverse engineering, product development, research, and industrial metrology.

How to Apply AESUB VioletSpray

Apply AESUB Violet from a distance of 15–20 cm. Spray the complete surface to be scanned. Operate the spray head and slowly move the spray can back and forth evenly, with the nozzle pointed at the object, to obtain an even coating. Avoid wagging the can.

Scan

After AESUB Violet has completely dried, the object can be scanned as usual.

Done

The applied layer of AESUB Violet evaporates automatically after scanning. The otherwise time-consuming cleaning process is no longer necessary.
