PAD-820 antenna preamplifier is designed to amplify weak terrestrial television signals received by the ASR series receiving antenna. ASR series antennas have a built-in PAD preamplifier. It is necessary to purchase a new one only if the original is damaged.
The PAD-820 preamplifier is intended for use only in ASR antennas. The device is powered by a coaxial cable from the output side. Due to the wide range of permissible 5-12V supply voltages, the amplifier in question can be powered: directly from the receiver or TV (the aforementioned devices must be able to output 5V DC) or through an external power supply separator. (with power supply) type ZZA-7.
