The BK 13/55x85 mounting sleeve is an innovative solution for a durable and reliable connection of the clutch or wheels with the drive shaft. It consists of two rings that tighten against each other when screwed, which causes one ring to tighten on the shaft and the other to expand in the hole of the mounted wheel. The sleeve assembly is simple and quick, requiring only an Allen key without the need for modifications to the machine. BK 13 sleeves eliminate the need for a keyway and a wedge, which makes them universal both in the design of new machines and the repair of old devices. They are available in various diameters (from 18x47 to 220x285) and transfer torques (from 2723 Nm to 98000 Nm), ensuring design flexibility. The assembly instructions assume gradual tightening of the screws using a torque wrench. The sleeve is made of C43 steel, self-centering type, tolerance on the shaft h8 and hub H8, axial deviation is from 0.02-0.04 mm. Operation at temperatures from -150°C to +150°C. IMPORTANT: When mounting BK13, a small axial displacement between the hub and the shaft may occur.
