The BK70 mounting sleeve is a self-centering sleeve, ideal for permanent connection of the clutch or wheels to the drive shaft. It consists of two rings that tighten against each other during tightening - one clamps on the shaft, the other expands in the wheel hole. Installation is simple and quick, requiring only an Allen key. The sleeve does not require any modifications to the machine, which facilitates both new designs and modernizations. The parameters cover a range of diameters from 20x47 to 100x145 and torques from 323 Nm to 13738 Nm. Fastening without a keyway and wedge saves time and money. Dedicated to machines with medium and high torque, it can work in extreme temperatures. The assembly instructions specify tightening the screws using a torque wrench. C43 steel provides strength, while h8 tolerances on the shaft and H8 on the hub ensure a precise fit.
