The BK71/30x55 mounting sleeve is an exceptionally effective solution for permanent connection of the clutch or wheels to the drive shaft. Its design is based on two special rings that tighten against each other when turning. As a result, one ring tightens on the shaft and the other expands in the wheel hole, which ensures solid and reliable mounting. The sleeve assembly is simple and quick - it only requires an Allen key, without the need for modifications on the machine. The BK71 sleeve can be used both in new designs and in the modernization of older machines. The sleeve parameters cover the diameter range from 20x47 to 100x145 and transferred torques from 213 Nm to 9104 Nm. Thanks to this sleeve, the wheel assembly is carried out without a keyway or wedge, and disassembly is as easy as assembly - which translates into saving time and money. The BK71 bushing is suitable for medium and high torque machines and can operate at extreme temperatures. The assembly instructions specify the exact method of installation and recommendations for cleaning the shaft before assembly to avoid possible problems with alignment or "run-out" of the mounted wheel.
