The BLDC-300B is a cost-effective, high-performance controller with a small footprint. It is designed to control three-phase brushless motors with a maximum current of up to 15 A and equipped with Hall effect sensors. The BLDC controller provides closed-loop motor control, maintaining the target motor speed under load, and can also overload the motor, increasing its instantaneous torque by up to 300%.

Brushless DC motors are used in applications where it is necessary to control the motor speed while maintaining torque. In addition, brushless motor controllers allow easy control of the direction of rotation and provide acceleration and deceleration ramps. BLDC motors and controllers are suitable for any application where easy control of motor speed and direction is required, high power, compact size and weight, and torque is available throughout the motor speed range.

BLD-300B controllers can control the motor using external buttons or relays connected to the control ports. The following functions can be implemented: motor start/stop, rotation direction change and motor speed change. The motor speed can be controlled using a built-in potentiometer, an external potentiometer or an external 0-5V analog signal. In addition, the controller allows you to set the motor acceleration and deceleration ramps, limit the output current and hold the motor position.

The BLD-300B brushless motor controller is compatible with a variety of Nema 23, 24 and 34 motors and can be used in a variety of machines such as conveyor drives, machine tool spindle drives, threading machines and mobile robot motion drives. It is a great alternative to brushed DC motors and low-power three-phase induction motors operating with frequency converters.

The wide supply voltage range (18–50 VDC) makes the BLD-300B controller versatile and allows it to be integrated into various existing control systems.
