The BLOW VS-01 food vacuum sealer has been designed to seal foil/sleeves with a maximum width of 28 cm. This versatile device allows not only to extend the freshness of food products and prepared dishes, but also to prepare dishes using the sous-vide method, i.e. "in a vacuum". Sous-vide is a technique of cooking meat, fish and other food products in tightly closed plastic bags (in a water or steam bath) at a temperature that does not exceed 100⁰C.
The sealer allows you to seal bags, which is also useful when preparing matured meats and dry curing meat, which speeds up the preparation process. Thanks to this device, it is also possible to extend the shelf life of food products, protect them against changes in humidity, penetration of aromas and inhibit the development of aerobic bacteria.
