Bondtech CHT BiMetal Vol Coated Nozzle - 1.00mm

Copper and Hardened Vanadium Steel nozzle for high-flow applications with abrasive materials. Increase the Max. Volumetric Flow of your Volcano-style heat block by 50%. The nozzle is supplied with Nickel Coating (grey color).
Bondtech CHT nozzles split the filament into 3 thinner strands allowing it to melt the material from within. In doing so, the material melts faster and higher flow rates can be used.
Nozzles for 3D printers made of metal with at least one or a multitude of holes increase the surface area of the heating walls.
A Nickel coating is applied to our Coated Brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles have more corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, which allows the slicker feeding of material and delays plastic adhesion to the nozzle's surface.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-2 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.50€ (incl. VAT). 

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.50€ incl. VAT.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.50€ incl. VAT.

Payment on delivery +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
