BT40 slow-speed spindle

The BT40 spindle head will be used in the construction of machine tool spindles, wherever we need low-speed machining and want to freely select the spindle drive ratio. Spindles without a motor are equipped with a popular ER-type tool holder on one side, and on the other side they have a shaft prepared for mounting the pulley. The spindle body is made of cast iron and the shaft is made of heat-treated tool steel.
To drive such a spindle, we can use a regular induction motor, a servo motor or a brushless motor, depending on the application requirements.
The spindle should be screwed to the machine body, and the torque is transferred using a V-belt or toothed belt.
