SMALLRIG Osmo Action 5 Pro Cage
The SMALLRIG 5135 cage is designed for the DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro, Action 4, and Action 3 cameras, providing easy access to the buttons and battery compartment. The design features three cold shoe mounts and a side-mounted magnetic quick-release mount, allowing you to easily expand your setup with a microphone, LED light, or other compatible accessories. The side mount also makes it easy to switch the camera’s orientation between landscape and portrait modes, which is ideal for creating vlogs, short videos, and social media content.
More Options for Expanding Your SetupThe three cold shoe mounts allow you to attach additional accessories, such as the DJI Mic 2 or small video lights, without the need for a complex mounting system. The magnetic quick-release mount on the side of the cage is compatible with original DJI accessories and compatible SmallRig accessories, allowing you to quickly mount the camera on a selfie stick, among other things. This solution streamlines reconfiguring the setup while recording and allows you to adapt the setup to different filming styles.
Convenient Operation and Additional SecurityAccess to the battery compartment remains possible without removing the cage, so replacing the battery while recording takes less time and does not require reassembling the entire setup. An integrated lanyard hole provides additional security for the camera when shooting handheld, on the move, or in more challenging conditions. Internal rubber components help protect the camera housing from scratches, and the glass-fiber-reinforced nylon construction keeps the weight of the unit low at approximately 35.6 g.
