Clawlab Tufting Frame H1

The Clawlab Tufting Frame H1 is designed to provide a stable and practical working surface for tufting projects. Its aluminium construction, nail-free fabric mounting system and integrated tensioning mechanism help keep the backing cloth securely tensioned while you work.

With a 46 x 88 cm working area and an integrated roll-off system, the frame can also be used for projects that extend beyond its physical working area, including longer rugs and wall hangings.

Traditional wooden tufting frames often use exposed carpet grippers to hold the backing cloth in place. The Tufting Frame H1 instead uses a nail-free system without exposed sharp edges, providing a more user-friendly setup for both your hands and your workspace.

The system is designed to hold the backing cloth with uniform tension while reducing the risk of damaging or tearing the fabric during mounting.

The frame is built from high-quality aluminium and uses four vertical support rods to provide a rigid working platform. According to Clawlab, this construction provides eight times the stability of conventional frames.

The increased stability helps reduce wobbling while tufting, keeping the fabric steady and making it easier to guide the tufting gun accurately across your design.

Getting the backing cloth properly tensioned is an important part of preparing a tufting project. The Tufting Frame H1 uses an integrated tensioning system designed to make this process easier and more consistent.

Clawlab states that the mechanism reduces the force required to tighten the cloth by 75%, helping you achieve the drum-tight tension needed for tufting without having to manually pull and re-adjust the fabric repeatedly.

The Tufting Frame H1 features a built-in desktop clamp system that allows it to be attached to a sturdy workbench or table without permanent mounting. Simply secure the clamps to a suitable flat-edge workspace and prepare the fabric for tufting.

Its straightforward setup makes the frame suitable for both home studios and dedicated creative workspaces.

The integrated planetary gear roll-off system allows finished sections of your work to be moved out of the active working area while the remaining backing cloth stays in place.

This makes it possible to work on extra-long rugs, runners and wall hangings that extend beyond the physical height of the frame without completely removing and re-stretching the backing cloth.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
