Creality Falcon Conveyor TC1

The Falcon Conveyor TC1 automatically feeds materials into the engraving area, reducing the need for repeated manual loading and unloading. This enables a more continuous engraving workflow and makes the system particularly useful for batch production and high-frequency use.

Creality states that the conveyor can deliver up to 18× higher productivity in its comparison, with a 30-second workflow shown for the Falcon T1 compared with 9 minutes for the alternative process used in the test.

The TC1 works together with the Smart Fill system to support accurate detection and positioning of multiple workpieces. The system helps place engraving content correctly on each detected object, simplifying batch preparation and reducing manual positioning work.

From smaller items to larger workpieces, the conveyor is designed to maintain stable material movement and positioning throughout continuous batch processing. This helps keep engravings accurately aligned as materials move through the working area.

A robust mechanical structure provides smooth material transport, including when handling heavier objects. The stable feeding system is designed for daily, high-frequency use and supports consistent movement throughout repeated engraving jobs.

Dedicated fastening and support structures help keep the conveyor and materials securely positioned during operation, reducing unwanted shifting and supporting consistent engraving accuracy.

The Falcon Conveyor TC1 features a durable metal frame with adjustable supports at both ends of the conveyor. The supports allow horizontal levelling according to the flatness of the work surface, helping maintain stable operation and engraving accuracy.

The operating workflow is designed to keep batch engraving straightforward: connect the conveyor, set the required parameters, allow the system to automatically feed and engrave the workpieces, and collect the finished output.

The Falcon Conveyor TC1 is designed specifically for the Creality Falcon T1. Its dimensions are 903 × 226.3 × 94.3 mm, providing a dedicated automatic conveying solution for batch and continuous engraving workflows.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
