Rapid Smoke Extraction
The Falcon Exhaust Fan combines high-pressure suction with high-speed airflow to quickly draw smoke away from the laser engraving area. With an airflow of up to 140 CFM and suction pressure of 1300 Pa, it is designed to support efficient extraction during laser processing.
The strong airflow helps reduce smoke accumulation around the machine and supports more effective exhaust through a connected duct system.
Dual-Fan High-Performance DesignA dual-fan structure and high-efficiency motor provide the airflow required for demanding engraving and cutting applications. The motor reaches speeds of up to 14,000 RPM while the compact housing keeps the system easy to integrate into a laser workstation.
Rated at 100 W with a DC 24 V power input, the Falcon Exhaust Fan combines compact dimensions with high suction performance.
Stepless Speed ControlThe front control knob provides stepless speed adjustment from off to maximum output, allowing the extraction level to be matched to the current laser process.
Lower settings can be used when less airflow is required, while higher speeds provide stronger smoke extraction for more demanding applications.
Manual and Automatic ControlThe fan supports both manual and automatic operating modes. In manual mode, power and airflow are controlled directly with the adjustment knob.
Automatic control is supported with compatible machines such as the Falcon A1 Pro, allowing the fan to start when processing begins and stop automatically when the job is finished. Automatic operation can be connected wirelessly or through a Type-C connection where supported.
Flexible CompatibilityThe Falcon Exhaust Fan supports different connection configurations depending on the laser machine. Creality lists Falcon2 Pro and Falcon A1 with manual control, while Falcon A1 Pro supports both manual and automatic control.
With 58 mm and 72 mm air inlet options, the fan can also be used in manual mode with many third-party laser machines that use compatible exhaust connections.
Adjustable Noise and AirflowOperating noise varies according to the selected fan speed. Lower speed settings reduce the noise level, while maximum speed produces stronger extraction performance. Creality specifies a noise level of approximately 78 dB at maximum speed.
Compact Exhaust SolutionThe Falcon Exhaust Fan measures 145 × 143 × 120 mm and weighs 0.95 kg, making it a compact solution for active smoke extraction. The air outlet diameter is 72 mm, while the inlet supports both 58 mm and 72 mm connections.
