Trapezoidal cutting disc cuts two edges at once

Due to the trapezoidal shape, the cutting blade first cuts a wedge-shaped groove into the material. The manual force initially acts on the tip of the cutting blade, and during the cutting process, it follows the shape of the material from the inside out and onto the material itself in a circular (radial) motion. This prevents deformations that can occur when cutting in the traditional way with two straight cutting edges. The trapezoidal shape also has other advantages:

Rectangular, clean cuts – without much physical effort

Thanks to the precise positioning of the material in the hose and protective pipe cutter and the wedge-shaped blade, the Knipex 90 20 185 pipe cutter automatically makes right-angled cuts. After cutting, there is no need to finish the cut edges (e.g. sanding off burrs). Whether you are cutting plastic reinforcement pipe or fabric-reinforced hose – e.g. for compressed air: the favourable blade entry angle means that little force is required. Little force is required because the material is already cut.

Fast and convenient work thanks to opening spring, positioning and locking

The opening spring does the opening work for the user with each cut. The spring separates the handles and opens the scissors, reducing the need for manual force. This is a great advantage, especially for large projects with several work stages. A locking latch is built in for transport. The material to be cut is placed and secured in a wide, semi-circular support. The hose and conduit cutter ensures that the material is perpendicular to the blade. This allows for quick cuts with the hose and conduit cutter.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
