E3D High Flow ObXidian Creality Unicorn Nozzle

These premium, high flow Unicorn nozzles are the official result of a collaboration between E3D and Creality, specifically designed for use with their K1C, K1 Max, Ender 3 V3/Plus and Ender 3 V3 KE/SE 3D printers.

They feature an integrated metal nozzle and HeatBreak technology for superior thermal performance that prevents thermal runaway and filament leakage. Additionally, the nozzles are designed to be quick and easy to replace – taking less than 5 minutes.

High Flow for Fast and Highly Abrasive Printing

E3D’s unique multi-channel internal design divides the filament path into four separate channels, significantly increasing the surface area in contact with the filament. This improvement results in a higher volumetric flow rate, allowing the nozzles to reach a maximum flow rate of up to 45 mm³/s, supporting fast printing speeds of 600mm/s.

This means you can expect more reliable and consistent extrusion at the same speed, or increase the volumetric flow limit in the slicer to fully exploit the capabilities of the motion systems.

Abrasion Resistance

The ObXidian is much more abrasion resistant than any other E3D nozzle, making it truly tough, making it the perfect nozzle for printing abrasive/filled polymers. This is achieved by combining a hardened steel insert with our E3DLC™ coating. This specially designed coating also provides the nozzle itself with non-stick properties, meaning significantly less plastic builds up around the nozzle.

Improved layer adhesion

High-speed printing often sacrifices visual and functional aspects for speed, but these nozzles maintain interlayer adhesion strength even at higher speeds, resulting in a proper filament finish and strong parts for functional use.

Quad-metal construction

To reduce the risk of heat creep, these nozzles feature a titanium HeatBreak with a sharp thermal gradient that ensures the cold side stays cool and the hot side stays hot.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
