The electrospindle is designed for drilling and milling wood, plastic, aluminum and fiberboard, OSB, MDF, etc. The engine is designed to operate in class S1 - continuous operation.
The device uses an automatic system for compensating the axial force that is exerted by the piston on the electrospindle during tool changing operations to avoid damage to the precision bearings.
The electrospindle is equipped with an automatic tool change system, driven pneumatically. The tool holder is locked using a spring mechanism. This prevents the tool from falling out when there is no air in the system. The axial force of the lock is 3500 N +- 10%. The tool is released by a single-acting actuator. The working pressure of the cylinder is a maximum of 7 bar (100 psi).
The tool holder and its conical holder are automatically cleaned with air during tool changes. Although this prevents dust from accumulating on the contact surface. The manufacturer recommends periodic inspections of the surface condition.
Pneumatic exhaust circuit prevents dust from entering the electric spindle. The system pressure is 4 bar (58 PSI). Air is blown out through holes at the front end of the spindle head.
