Fiberon™ PETG-ESD is a high-performance 3D printing plastic that combines electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection with enhanced toughness, making it ideal for electronics manufacturing, industrial assembly environments, and any other application where static discharge can damage sensitive components. Containing carbon nanotubes, it achieves a low surface resistivity that safely dissipates electrostatic charges throughout the printed part – even after machining or surface wear. It prints reliably on most FDM machines without a housing and is compatible with AMS and multi-material systems.
Features:
- ESD protection: Carbon nanotube compound provides constant electrostatic discharge
- Increased rigidity - better impact resistance compared to standard PETG
- No housing required - easy to print on standard FDM devices
- Surface resistance down to <1E+4 Ω at 290°C nozzle temperature
- Hardened steel nozzle required due to carbon nanotube content
- AMS compatible - rubber reinforced cardboard spool, neat winding arrangement
- Accuracy tolerance ±0.02mm, dual axis laser meter
- Available in 1.75mm / 500g spools
Print settings:
- Print temperature: 250°C - 290°C
- Layer temperature: 70°C - 80°C
- Print speed: up to 500mm/s
- Housing: not required
- Nozzle: hardened steel required
- Drying: At 65°C for 3 hours before printing

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.
Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).
You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
