Description Product Delivery

The FNIRSI 1014D is a compact digital oscilloscope for electronics service, R&D departments, technical training and hobbyists. It allows simultaneous analysis and signal generation, which significantly increases the scope of application when diagnosing circuits, testing prototypes or learning to work with waveforms. The device has two input channels with 1 MΩ impedance and supports a 100 MHz bandwidth at a sampling rate of 1 GSa/s. The 7-inch LCD display with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels makes operation easy. Automatic analysis, FFT, X-Y mode and marker recording are available. There is also 1 GB of internal memory, which can store up to 1000 waveforms and 1000 screenshots, and the data can be easily exported to a computer via USB.

Fast signal analysis

A high sampling rate of 1 GSa/s and a bandwidth of 100 MHz allow for detailed analysis of analog and digital signals. This allows the device to detect even short-term waveform anomalies. Trigger modes include automatic, single-signal and regular signal capture, so the device can capture both interference pulses and regular analog signals such as sinusoids.

Integrated DDS generator

The integrated DDS signal generator supports 14 standard waveforms (including sine, square, sawtooth, triangle) with precise frequency adjustment in 1 Hz steps. The solution used allows you to generate signals with precise parameters for testing and modeling. The output frequency range reaches up to 10 MHz (in the case of a sine), which allows you to test a variety of electronic and signal circuits.

Waveform Capture Function

The “capture output” function allows you to save part or all of the actual waveform from the oscilloscope as the generator output signal. The ability to save up to 1000 custom signals increases the flexibility of testing and analysis. This solution distinguishes the FNIRSI 1014D from classic arbitrary generators that rely only on manual signal adjustment.

Overvoltage protection

The integrated high-voltage protection module allows the device to safely measure signals up to 400V (with x10 probe), reducing the risk of damage to the device when performing measurements on systems powered by the mains. The protection function operates automatically, so accidental use of the probe without switching to x10 mode does not pose a risk of damage to the equipment.

High-readability display

The 7-inch TFT color display with a resolution of 800x480 pixels clearly displays waveforms. The automatic mode and intuitive interface allow you to quickly obtain a signal image without manual adjustment. Thanks to the intelligent detection algorithm, the device automatically adjusts the trigger level even for waveforms with multiple slopes or the so-called dead zone. This solution saves time and helps avoid interpretation errors. The oscilloscope can store up to 1000 screenshots and 1000 waveforms in its 1 GB internal memory. Data can be viewed as thumbnails, which facilitates quick review and selection. The interface allows users to zoom in, delete and export recordings without leaving the review mode.

Signal analysis functions

The integrated FFT function and X-Y waveform display mode allow you to analyze harmonics and compare the amplitudes and phase shifts of two signals. These are useful tools for diagnosing electronic circuits. In addition, the manual marker measurement mode allows you to read the maximum value and frequency without having to rescale, which increases the accuracy of the analysis. even with distorted waveforms. The device uses a special algorithm to decode the dial signal, eliminating the problem of false readings caused by oxidation or wear of the mechanism. Even if the encoder is damaged, the oscilloscope will function properly.
