The FNIRSI SWM-20 handheld spot welder combines high power, precision and ease of use in a compact, portable design. The maximum welding current of 1200 A, two-pulse technology and more than 10,000 adjustment levels allow you to customize the settings for a variety of materials and applications. The high-capacity batteries ensure long operating time, and the color TFT display makes it easy to monitor all key settings in real time. The device also functions as a 5000 mAh external battery, making it ideal not only for use in the workshop, but also for outdoor work. It is a universal solution for professionals, maintenance technicians and DIY electronics enthusiasts.

Power for durable and clean welds

The FNIRSI SWM-20 generates up to 1200 A maximum current, so many types of materials can be welded strongly and repeatedly. The dual-pulse technology ensures cleaner and more stable welds – the first pulse removes the oxide layer from the surface of the material, while the second pulse ensures that the weld is performed correctly, improving its cleanliness and stability. The device supports materials with a thickness ranging from 0.1 to 0.5mm, including nickel-plated steel up to 0.4mm, steel up to 0.5mm, pure nickel up to 0.25mm, iron up to 0.3mm and copper and nickel-plated copper up to 0.1mm. With more than 10,000 power adjustment levels and the ability to individually set parameters such as preheating, pulses, intervals between them or the number of welds in continuous mode, you can precisely adapt the device to the specific material and task at hand.

Full control and easy operation

The device is easy to operate with a clear 2.4-inch color TFT display that displays voltage, temperature and all key welding parameters in real time. The intuitive rotary knob allows for quick and precise adjustment of settings, ensuring that parameter changes are made efficiently even during intensive work. The sealing device also supports software updates via the USB-C port, so you can take advantage of future improvements and new features.

High-capacity battery and practical design

The device is equipped with two high-quality battery cells with a total capacity of 5000 mAh, ensuring stable operation and sufficient power reserves even during demanding tasks. Up to 1500 welding operations can be performed on a single charge, so there is no need to recharge frequently. Fast charging via the USB-C port (5V / 2.1A) reduces the time required to prepare the device for further use. FNIRSI SWM-20 can also act as a power bank with a 5V/2.1A USB output for powering or charging other devices. The detachable soldering tips are made of 99.9% pure copper, which ensures excellent conductivity, effective heat dissipation, and is very durable.

Safety during every operation

The FNIRSI SWM-20 soldering iron is equipped with an intelligent eight-level protection system that protects the device from overheating, voltage drop, overload, over-discharge, short circuit, voltage fluctuation, low temperature operation, and impact. An additional convenience is the auto-off function with an adjustable timer from 0 to 99 minutes, which helps save energy and increases safety during use. This soldering iron is ideal for assembling battery packs, repairing electric bicycles, replacing smartphone batteries, and many other electronics and projects.
