GDZ80 electrospindle, 2.2kW, 400Hz, ER16, 24000rpm, water-cooled, casing fi80mm

GDZ series electrospindles have double shaft bearings, on precise angular contact bearings. This ensures optimal operating conditions for high axial loads. Spindles are factory balanced and adjusted to continuous operation. The allowable speed range of these electrospindles is from 3000 rpm to 24000 rpm. GDZ series electrospindles are mainly used on CNC plotters, milling machines, deburring machines and engraving machines.

The spindles are cooled by forced circulation of the cooling liquid. The spindles have built-in connectors adapted to the 8/6mm hose. They should be equipped with a liquid pump with a capacity of at least 300 l/h. The cooling agent may be demineralized water. NOTE: do not use the electrospindle without forced circulation of coolant. It is not possible to work "dry".

GDZ electrospindles with rated frequencies of 400Hz must work with frequency converters (pop. Inverter). The inverter for an electrospindle should be selected based on the spindle supply voltage, as they do not have the option of star/delta switching. For spindles powered by 3x220V, single-phase inverters are used, and for spindles 3x400V, three-phase inverters are used.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
