The HYPERSHELL X Ultra S is the most advanced model in the HYPERSHELL X series, designed for users who expect maximum performance, the longest range, and the highest structural durability. Equipped with two motors delivering a combined power of 1000 W and a maximum torque of 22 N·m, it effectively assists movement during trekking, walking, running, and navigating challenging terrain. The intelligent HyperIntuition system analyzes the user’s movement in real time and provides assistance exactly when it’s needed. The exoskeleton can compensate for a load equivalent to up to 39 kg, and the assistance works at speeds of up to 25 km/h. The Ultra S model is equipped with two batteries, each with a capacity of 72 Wh, allowing for a range of up to 60 km. The frame weighs only 1.7 kg net, and the total weight of the device is 2.5 kg. When folded, it takes up just 6.5 l of space, making it convenient to transport despite its advanced capabilities.

At the heart of the Ultra S model is HyperIntuition technology, which acts as an intelligent system that analyzes the user’s movement in real time. The exoskeleton not only reacts to each step taken but also anticipates subsequent movements, ensuring that the assistance is smooth and natural. The system synchronizes the motors’ operation with the rhythm of walking or running, minimizing delays and improving user comfort. A maximum torque of 22 N·m allows for effective movement assistance even under heavier loads. The exoskeleton can relieve the user of a load equivalent to up to 39 kg, making carrying a heavy backpack significantly less tiring. The assistance works at speeds of up to 25 km/h, making the device suitable for both leisurely hikes and more dynamic activities.

The Ultra S model offers as many as 12 adaptive assistance modes that automatically adjust their operation to current terrain conditions. In addition to standard modes for walking, running, stairs, and uphill climbs, users also get dedicated profiles for snow and sand dunes. The system recognizes the nature of the movement and independently selects the appropriate operating parameters. As a result, the exoskeleton maintains high effectiveness regardless of the type of surface and terrain conditions.

Unlike other models in the series, the Ultra S is equipped with an additional Boost Mode and an expanded Fitness Mode that includes Dynamic and Isotonic modes. This allows for even more precise customization of the assistance to the user’s individual needs. The Boost function provides extra power during the most demanding sections of the route. As a result, the device is well-suited for both recreational outings and more advanced off-road activities.

The Ultra S model utilizes materials found in advanced technical designs. The hip components are made of a titanium alloy that combines very high strength with low weight. The leg levers, made of carbon fiber, increase the structure’s rigidity and improve force transfer efficiency. The entire unit maintains high resistance to intensive use while remaining exceptionally lightweight and comfortable to wear.

The HYPERSHELL X Ultra S is designed to perform in more challenging conditions than other models in the series. The device maintains full functionality at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C, making it suitable for winter expeditions, high-altitude trekking, and activities in hot climates. The IP54 rating protects the device from dust and splashes. The combination of environmental resistance and intelligent assistance makes the Ultra S ready for the most demanding adventures.

Despite its dual-battery design and advanced construction, the Ultra S remains exceptionally portable. When folded, its dimensions are 450 × 260 × 125 mm, and its packing volume is just 6.5 L. This allows the device to be conveniently carried in luggage or a larger hiking backpack. When unfolded, it measures 450 × 600 × 125 mm, ensuring full functionality and comfort during outdoor activities.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.
