IMOU KIT Alarm System

IMOU’s comprehensive security system, based on Zigbee 3.0 technology, combines the ZG2 control panel, the ZP1 motion sensor, two ZD1 door and window sensors, and the ZE1 panic button. Together, they form a cohesive ecosystem that can be conveniently managed via a mobile app—remotely arm or disarm the system, receive real-time notifications, and create action scenarios. The kit offers wireless communication, a range of up to 200 m (in open space), a long battery life of up to 2 years, and a quick response to events, helping to enhance home security. The IMOU system allows you to create smart scenes, such as linking sensors to audible and visual alarms or integrating with IMOU cameras.

Smart Command Center – ZG2 Gateway

The ZG2 gateway serves as the heart of the entire alarm system, handling communication between all Zigbee devices and transmitting data to the IMOU cloud and the user’s app. It supports the IEEE 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi standard and Zigbee 3.0, ensuring a stable and fast connection. The device can be mounted on a wall or placed on a desk, and its compact dimensions (68 × 68 × 24 mm) make it easy to fit into any space.

Instant response to opening – ZD1 sensors

ZD1 door and window sensors monitor every opening and closing, reacting the moment the magnet moves away from the sensor. They work not only on doors and windows but also on cabinets or drawers, which expands the scope of protection. Upon detecting an event, they immediately send a signal to the gateway, triggering an alarm and automation scenes. Thanks to Zigbee communication, a range of up to 200 m, and low power consumption (≤10 µA in standby mode), the devices operate reliably for a long time without the need for frequent battery replacement.

Effective motion detection – the ZP1 sensor and assistance when needed

The ZP1 motion sensor uses infrared to detect human presence within a range of up to 8 meters at a 90° detection angle. It also works in the dark by analyzing thermal radiation, allowing it to detect motion regardless of lighting conditions. It generates minimal data traffic, protecting user privacy while effectively identifying potential threats. Meanwhile, the ZE1 panic button allows you to call for help immediately with a single click. It supports various operating modes—single click, double click, and long press—allowing you to assign different functions to it, such as arming or disarming the system or triggering automation scenes. Upon activation, it sends a signal to the gateway, which triggers a local alarm and notifications in the app.
