The main advantage of unreinforced PEEK is that it combines excellent toughness with very high tensile strength. The material withstands heavy mechanical loads without deforming under long-term pressure, making it popular in the aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries for components exposed to constant mechanical and chemical stress.

Thanks to the material's high density, prints achieve a completely solid structure with no internal voids. This makes the parts ideal for functional end products, enclosures, and industrial components with strict precision requirements.

Printing Guide and Technical Requirements

Since the material requires very high process temperatures, it only works in professional 3D printers built for high-temperature materials. A controlled printing environment with a heated build chamber is required for proper layer adhesion and to prevent warping during printing.

Nozzle Temperature: 400–450 °C
Bed Temperature: 110–220 °C
Chamber Temperature: 40–60 °C or 90–200 °C
Print Speed: 30–60 mm/s
Cooling Fan: 0–100% (adjusted based on application and geometry)

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
