The main advantage of PEEK CF10 is that the carbon fiber reinforcement provides the material with very high stiffness while keeping the weight down compared to unreinforced PEEK and traditional metal components. The material withstands heavy mechanical loads and offers very high tensile strength. This makes the filament popular in the aerospace, automotive, and robotics industries where strong yet lightweight structures are needed.

Thanks to the material's low density of 1.12 g/cm³, it is an excellent choice for weight-critical applications without compromising the mechanical performance or precision of the components. The material retains its shape and stability even at high temperatures and under long-term load, making it suitable for technical and industrial applications with high requirements for strength and dimensional accuracy.

Printing Guide and Technical Requirements

Since PEEK CF10 requires very high process temperatures, the material only works in professional 3D printers built for high-temperature materials. An enclosed and heated build chamber is required for proper layer adhesion and to avoid the risk of warping.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
