Kexcelled THE K9™ PC FR

The main advantage of Kexcelled PC FR is that it combines the natural impact resistance of polycarbonate with advanced flame retardancy. The material handles heavy mechanical loads without changing shape, even under long-term load. It offers a tensile strength of 55–65 MPa and a tensile modulus of 2200–2400 MPa, making it a highly reliable choice for demanding applications in electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries.

Unlike many standard plastic materials, this filament offers outstanding resistance to weathering, ensuring that parts retain their dimensional stability very well even outdoors. Thanks to the material's properties and a density of approximately 1.19 g/cm³, prints achieve a dense and uniform structure with strong layer adhesion, ideal for protective covers, enclosures, and functional end products with strict precision requirements.

The material is optimized for low warping during printing, making it easier to process than traditional PC. To ensure optimal layer adhesion and the best possible mechanical properties, a stable and controlled printing environment is recommended.

• Nozzle Temperature: 260–300 °C
• Bed Temperature: 100–120 °C (Tape or glue recommended)
• Print Speed: Up to 500 mm/s (Depending on machine capability)
• Cooling Fan: 0–50%

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
