Liqcreate Bio-Med Clear

Liqcreate Bio-Med Clear is a transparent, rigid photopolymer designed for resin 3D printers across DLP, LCD/MSLA and laser technologies in the 385–420 nm range. When parts are washed and post-cured according to the validated workflow, the material passes key biocompatibility tests for cytotoxicity, sensitization and irritation under the ISO 10993 series. This makes it suitable for skin- and body-contact prototypes, medical jigs and fixtures, and other applications that demand reliable, non-cytotoxic performance.

To achieve the stated properties and maintain biocompatibility, it is important to follow the recommended process from printing through washing and post-curing. The workflow and printer-specific parameters are documented by the manufacturer, helping users obtain consistent accuracy, clarity and mechanical stability across supported systems.

The resin produces clear, rigid parts with high dimensional stability, enabling precise fit checks, transparent housings and fluid-path inspection. This combination of clarity and accuracy is valuable for visual evaluation, assembly verification and clinical workflow development.

Printed parts can be disinfected with commonly used agents and tolerate steam sterilization in an autoclave after proper post-processing. This supports more realistic handling and testing in environments where aseptic preparation is required.

The material is tuned for a wide range of 385–420 nm resin printers, including professional DLP/LCD models. Parameters and guidance are available for Raise3D DF2 users, simplifying setup and reducing iteration time when moving from design to validated parts.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
