The Luxonis Oak-1 MAX module is an AI powerhouse capable of performing 4 trillion operations per second. It allows you to fully utilize the capabilities of the Myriad X VPU on your chosen platform and is suitable for scenarios that require the computing power of the Robotics Vision Core 2 VPU (RVC2) but do not require depth perception. The MAX version features a 48-megapixel LCM48 8000 x 6000 pixel color camera located at the center of the module.

What is the DepthAI platform?

The DepthAI platform was developed by Luxonis to integrate spatial AI into products. DepthAI hardware, software, and firmware combine depth perception, object detection (neural inference), and object tracking, all of which can be easily implemented using the Python API.
