LV8729 Stepper Motor Driver
LV8729 stepper motor controller module suitable for Arduino. Its connector layout is the same as the popular A4988, but it can supply up to 2A current and operate in 1/128 micro-step mode, making its operation particularly quiet and stable.
Note: Connect the controller properly, otherwise you may burn it.
Technical specs:
- Dimensions: 15 x 20 mm
- Current and voltage supplied to the converters: up to 2A, 6-36V. The manufacturer recommends using a 12V motor supply voltage.
- Supported microsteps: 1,, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, 1/64, 1/128. For quiet operation, the manufacturer recommends 1/64 or 1/128 step modes
- Potentiometer adjustable motor current: I = Vref * 0.9, Vref is the voltage between the potentiometer and ground. Rotating clockwise increases, counterclockwise decreases. It is recommended to measure only after disconnecting the motor power supply
- Logic signal voltage: 5V
