Magigoo Glide PP 250ml

Polypropylene is widely used for its toughness, fatigue resistance, and chemical stability, but those same properties make it notoriously difficult to print. Its non-polar surface rejects most adhesives, and its high shrinkage creates extreme warping forces during cooling. Magigoo Glide PP is formulated specifically to overcome these obstacles by forming a strong chemical bond with PP surfaces at elevated temperatures. This ensures that parts stay fully anchored to the build plate, even during the most demanding prints.

This Pro-Series adhesive is designed exclusively for polypropylene-based materials, including reinforced grades. Whether you're printing functional components, hinges, clips, or industrial prototypes, Glide PP provides the stability required to achieve flat, dimensionally accurate results. The formulation directly addresses PP’s extreme resistance to adhesion, making it a reliable solution for consistent print success.

The 250 ml bottle is paired with a precision nozzle that is optimized for use with the Magigoo Glide Roller (sold separately). This setup makes it easy to apply a thin, even layer across large build plates in just a few seconds. For print farms, workshops, and industrial settings handling frequent PP jobs, this reduces preparation time and helps maintain a steady production flow.

Despite its strong high-temperature bonding, Magigoo Glide PP provides a clean release once the bed temperature drops—typically below 40°C. At this point, the adhesion weakens significantly, allowing parts to lift off with minimal effort and without tools. This avoids damage to both the printed component and the build surface, streamlining the post-print workflow.

The adhesive is water-based, odorless, non-toxic, and quick to remove with a damp cloth. This makes day-to-day maintenance simple while keeping the printing environment clean and user-friendly. Its ease of reapplication fits naturally into both professional additive manufacturing setups and general workshop routines.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
