mBot Ranger is a 3-in-1 robot kit that allows you to build a tank, a three-wheeled racing car and a balancing robot. It can be programmed in the Scratch-based mBlock graphical environment or in the text-based Arduino IDE. The Makeblock application is available for mobile devices, thanks to which you can control and program the robot. The mBot Ranger has a new controller compatible with the Arduino Mega 2560. It has 10 I/O ports for connecting external sensors and motors.

mBot Ranger is a 3-in-1 learning robot with 3 transformation modes: tank robot, three-wheel racing car and balancing car. The robot can be controlled using a tablet or laptop.

Graphic programming for the computer

mBot Ranger is fully compatible with mBlock, which is a graphical programming environment based on Scratch 2.0. Programming becomes much easier with blocks that just need to be picked up and dropped.

Programming on an iPad/tablet.

mBot Ranger also supports programming using a tablet or laptop and the Makeblock app. You can use ready-made designs or create your own.

Wireless control

The Makelock App provides ready-made designs that you just need to download, press a button and control the robot wirelessly.
