MAKERA Cyclone Dust Collector

The MAKERA Cyclone Dust Collector is an advanced dust collection system designed specifically for use with CNC routers, allowing you to keep your workstation clean without interrupting your workflow. It utilizes a two-stage extraction system based on cyclone separation and multi-stage filtration, effectively removing both large chips and fine dust during the machining process. A 200 W motor and a rotational speed of up to 40,000 rpm ensure high performance, while a maximum airflow of 900 l/min and a vacuum pressure of 12 kPa guarantee effective dust extraction even during intensive operation.

The cyclone system captures up to 97% of larger chips before they reach the filters, significantly reducing the risk of clogging. This solution extends filter life by up to three times and allows for long-term, uninterrupted operation without the need for frequent maintenance. This is particularly important for more demanding CNC projects, where continuous operation and stable performance are essential.

The unit uses a three-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter, a HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency, and an activated carbon layer. This combination effectively captures fine dust, neutralizes fumes, and eliminates unpleasant odors. As a result, the air in the workplace remains clean, which translates to greater comfort and safety, especially during prolonged use.

Despite its high performance, the MAKERA Cyclone Dust Collector operates relatively quietly—the maximum noise level is 70 dB, allowing for comfortable use at home, in the office, or in a workshop. Its compact dimensions of 300 × 218 × 354 mm mean the unit fits easily next to a router without taking up valuable workspace. The sturdy construction made of aluminum alloy and plastic, combined with an efficient cooling system, enables hours of continuous operation without the risk of overheating.

The dust collector offers several control modes that allow you to tailor its operation to your needs. You can operate it manually via a button, remotely through the Makera Controller app (Wi-Fi), or fully automatically—thanks to G-code integration, the device synchronizes with the router’s operation and activates exactly when needed. Additionally, the system provides smart notifications about operating status, making it easier to monitor the device.

The MAKERA Cyclone Dust Collector was designed for desktop CNC routers and works well for machining wood, metal, plastics, and composite materials. Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
