The MERACH MR-R15B3-EU is a modern home rowing machine that combines an effective full-body workout with an interactive training system. Thanks to the MERACH app, users have access to over 1,000 training programs and games, as well as more than 100 virtual outdoor maps that add variety to every workout session. The system integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit, allowing you to monitor your progress in real time and analyze your results.

The device is equipped with a smart automatic resistance adjustment system that adapts the intensity of exercises during interactive workouts without the need to manually change settings. Additionally, the built-in handle allows for a quick change in resistance level (+1), giving you full control over the intensity. A range of 16 resistance levels allows you to tailor your workout from light activity to advanced fitness, and the improved magnetic system increases resistance by 30% with a maximum peak force of up to 40 kg.

The rowing machine provides access to professionally designed training programs led by certified trainers. The courses have been developed based on the expertise of specialists in rowing and functional training, ensuring effective and safe execution of training plans. The machine supports a full-body workout, engaging up to 90% of your muscles, including your arms, back, chest, abs, hips, and legs.

The large 21.5-inch HD screen (1920×1080) allows you to comfortably watch movies, TV shows, and workout videos without interrupting your exercise. Thanks to the 180° rotation feature, the screen can be adjusted for various activities, such as Pilates, stretching, or warm-ups. Built-in dual speakers and wireless and USB-C screen mirroring ensure full immersion in your workout and entertainment. Virtual map mode adds variety to every training session.

The improved magnetic system ensures exceptionally quiet operation at just 25 dB. For comparison, this is quieter than a standard library, making the machine ideal for home use at any time of day. Its thoughtful design allows for easy storage—the machine can be folded or stood upright, saving space in your home.

The rowing machine is equipped with an extended rail, which provides greater freedom of movement and comfort during your workout. The machine’s maximum weight capacity is 158 kg, and the recommended user height is up to 210 cm, making it suitable for a wide range of users. The entire structure has been designed with stability, ergonomics, and long-term use in mind.

When fully extended, the machine measures approximately 193 cm in length, 46.8 cm at the base, and up to 95 cm in height with the screen raised.
