FlowTech Hotend is the next generation of Micro Swiss hotend line. Its unique design eliminates common hotend problems such as nozzle seal leakage and difficult nozzle replacement.

In keeping with their philosophy, the FlowTech Hotend is designed to be easy to upgrade for every 3D printer model. This version is for the Ender 3 V3 KE.

Nozzle Seal

Tired of nozzle leaks that ruin your prints and waste filament? The FlowTech Hotend combines the nozzle and thermal break into one permanently sealed unit, ensuring a leak-proof hotend replacement.

Cold Tip Replacement

Previously, nozzle replacement was a time-consuming and potentially dangerous task. With the FlowTech Hotend, nozzle replacement is easy, no hot-clamping is required, and you can do it with just one hand.

High Flow Performance

A ceramic cylindrical heater and 28.6mm melting zone ensure excellent volumetric flow.

All-metal construction

Built for durability! The FlowTech Hotend is made of metal, so it can handle most modern 3D printing filaments. The entire hotend is machined and assembled in-house, and quality control is performed at several stages of the manufacturing process. Finally, each hotend is fully thermally cycled before packaging.

Maximum temperature 300°C

This hotend is designed for 300°C with a properly adjusted NTC thermistor for each specific printer. This specific release is perfectly compatible with the Ender 3 V3 KE, so no software changes are required.
