Microswiss CHT High Flow Hotend for Bambu Lab X2D / P2S

The Microswiss CHT High Flow Hotend replaces the standard hotend in the Bambu Lab X2D / P2S. It is the result of an official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech, and combines a hardened, coated nozzle with Bondtech's patented CHT technology. The result is a hotend that can melt considerably more filament per second, so you can print faster without losing print quality. Installation is plug-and-play.

In a standard nozzle, the filament melts from the outside in, and the core of the filament limits how fast it can be pushed through. The CHT nozzle splits the filament flow into multiple channels as it passes through the melt zone. This exposes more of the material to heat, which raises the maximum volumetric flow by up to 50%. Splitting the flow also gives more uniform layer deposition, which reduces gaps and weak points between layers and improves layer adhesion.

The nozzle tip is made from M2 hardened high-speed steel, heat-treated to 68 HRC. It is plated with electroless nickel and finished with a non-stick nano tungsten disulfide (WS2) coating with a friction coefficient of 0.035. The coating resists plastic build-up on the tip, for smoother and more reliable printing.

Measured with PLA, a standard 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle reaches 24 mm³/s. The Microswiss CHT High Flow Hotend reaches 36 mm³/s with a 0.4 mm or 0.6 mm nozzle and 38 mm³/s with a 0.8 mm nozzle.

Compatible with the Bambu Lab X2D / P2S. 

No tools are required. The hotend replaces the original one directly and is locked in place with the printer's own hotend latch. Before you start, unload the filament from the toolhead, let the hotend cool down to room temperature, turn off the printer and disconnect the power cable. Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
