The FlowTech™ Hotend is engineered to overcome many of the limitations found in stock hotends. Its fully machined metal construction provides stable thermal performance and consistent extrusion, helping you avoid issues like clogs and under-extrusion that can affect the quality of your prints. By combining key elements into a sealed assembly, the design also prevents filament from leaking or degrading in unwanted areas.
Leak-Proof Design and Simple MaintenanceOne of the key benefits of the FlowTech™ system is its permanently sealed nozzle and thermal break assembly, which effectively eliminates the risk of filament leakage. This not only keeps prints cleaner but also makes upkeep much easier. Nozzle swaps can be performed at room temperature, so you don’t need to heat the hotend or deal with hot tightening — saving time and enhancing safety.
Smooth Extrusion and Material FlexibilityWith an internal geometry optimised for steady filament feed, the FlowTech™ Hotend supports smooth, stable extrusion even during longer and more complex prints. It handles a broad variety of commonly used materials, making it versatile enough for standard plastics as well as more advanced or engineering filaments.
