The FlowTech™ Hotend is designed to address common weaknesses found in standard hotends. Its precision-machined all-metal construction ensures stable thermal performance and consistent extrusion, helping reduce clogs, under-extrusion and print defects. The sealed design also prevents filament from escaping into unwanted areas, keeping prints cleaner and more predictable.
Leak-Proof Design and Easy MaintenanceA key feature of the FlowTech™ system is the permanently sealed nozzle and heat break assembly. This design removes the risk of filament leaks and makes maintenance significantly easier. Nozzle changes can be done at room temperature, without heating the hotend or dealing with hot tightening, saving time and improving safety.
Smooth Flow and Material VersatilityOptimised internal geometry allows filament to move smoothly through the hotend, supporting stable extrusion even during longer prints. The FlowTech™ Hotend is suitable for a broad range of commonly used materials, making it a versatile choice for everyday printing as well as more demanding applications.
