Six-Chamber High-Flow Design
Hardened for Abrasive Materials
The Hyper-CHT nozzle uses a unique six-chamber internal geometry that increases the amount of surface area available for transferring heat into the filament. Compared with the stock FlowTech nozzle, the heating surface area increases from 110 mm² to 250 mm².
This design improves melt efficiency and can increase the filament flow rate by up to 80%, making the nozzle well suited to high-speed and high-output printing applications.
More Consistent Melting and Layer DepositionBondtech CHT technology divides the filament flow into multiple internal chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This promotes more uniform heating and melting before the material exits the nozzle.
The more consistent melt and deposition process helps improve layer adhesion and supports stronger, more reliable printed parts while maintaining good surface quality at higher flow rates.

The Hyper-CHT nozzle features a hardened tip designed to handle a wide range of filament types, including highly abrasive composite materials. The tip is heat-treated to a hardness of 68 HRC and protected with electroless nickel plating.
A non-stick tungsten disulfide (WS2) nano coating provides a coefficient of friction of 0.035, helping reduce material adhesion to the nozzle surface during printing.
Designed for the FlowTech EcosystemThe nozzle is designed for Micro Swiss FlowTech hotends and can be used across the compatible FlowTech ecosystem. This makes it a high-flow upgrade option for users who want increased extrusion performance without replacing their existing FlowTech hotend.
The FlowTech Hyper-CHT Nozzle is manufactured in the USA by Micro Swiss using genuine Bondtech CHT technology.
