Mingda - AD-F4-Mini 3D Printer

The AD-F4 Mini is designed for sign makers, advertising agencies, and companies producing channel letters, LED signs, and other profile products. Thanks to the large build volume, many signs and letters can be printed in a single piece rather than multiple smaller sections. This reduces assembly time, provides a cleaner final result, and contributes to lower labor costs and higher production capacity.

The included SignMaker software and MINGDA Slicer allow you to import standard vector files such as .SVG and .DXF to quickly create print-ready 3D models. This minimizes the need for manual CAD work and enables existing logos and designs to be rapidly converted into print-ready models. The result is a more efficient workflow from customer artwork to the finished product.

The integrated IMS 4-in-1-out system handles up to four filament spools simultaneously and automatically switches between materials during the printing process. This makes it possible to produce multi-colored logos, letters, and signs without manual filament changes, saving time, reducing production interruptions, and streamlining the workflow. The folding spool holders also contribute to a more compact and easy-to-maintain workstation.

Klipper firmware combined with XY movement speeds of up to 500 mm/s makes the AD-F4 Mini optimized for rapid series production. With a 0.4 mm nozzle, print speeds of up to 300 mm/s can be achieved, while the standard-fitted 0.6 mm nozzle delivers high material throughput for larger signs and letters. This means more finished products per workday, shorter delivery times, and makes the printer particularly well-suited for businesses with recurring or larger production volumes.

Automatic bed leveling, filament detection, and power loss recovery minimize the risk of print failures and unnecessary material waste. The physical emergency stop button and bright status indicator light help ensure a safe working environment even during long production runs.

The AD-F4 Mini supports 1.75 mm filaments such as PLA, PETG, AdPETG Tough, and PDS. The nozzle reaches up to 300 °C and the heated glass build plate up to 80 °C, offering support for several common materials used in sign and profile product manufacturing. Standard equipment includes a 0.6 mm nozzle, while 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles are available as options to optimize detail or print time.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
