Mingda PET-GF is formulated to meet the demanding requirements of industrial 3D printing environments. The addition of glass fiber significantly enhances the mechanical properties of traditional PET, making it stronger, more heat-resistant, and less prone to shrinkage. This makes it especially suitable for applications involving structural components, functional prototypes, and parts exposed to mechanical stress.

With a thermal deformation resistance of up to 120 °C, PET-GF performs reliably even in high-temperature environments. Stable Printing and Excellent Surface Finish

PET-GF prints with a matte surface that not only improves aesthetics but also reduces post-processing needs. Its low warping characteristics and excellent adhesion between layers help ensure smooth, stable prints even on large-format printers. While it does require a hardened steel nozzle due to the abrasive nature of glass fibers, the results are highly repeatable and professional.

Printer Compatibility

This filament is optimized for use with Mingda’s industrial printers—specifically the MD-400D, MD-600D, and MD-1000D. Its 1.75 mm diameter and 1 kg spool format fit seamlessly into existing workflows using these models.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).
