The Mintion M3 x 5.7mm x 4.6mm Threaded Insert Set is designed for 3D-printed parts that need strong, repeatable screw joints. With 100 pieces in a single common size, this pack is ideal for projects that rely heavily on M3 fasteners or as a refill for your existing insert kits.

Each insert features an M3 internal thread, 5.7 mm length and approximately 4.6 mm outer diameter. This geometry provides a good balance between strength and compact size, making it suitable for mounting brackets, structural frames, enclosure panels and other functional parts.

The knurled brass body offers excellent pull-out resistance and torque strength when heat-set into typical 3D-printing materials such as PLA, PETG and ABS. Compared to direct threading into plastic, these inserts greatly reduce the risk of stripped threads, cracked bosses and loosening over time.

With 100 inserts included, this set provides ample stock for print farms, prototyping labs or anyone who frequently uses M3 hardware. It is sold as a single-size pack so you can build inventory around the thread size you rely on most.

The inserts are intended for installation using heat-set tools, soldering irons and compatible adapter tips. Once heated, the knurled surface melts into the plastic and locks in place as it cools, creating a durable and serviceable threaded anchor.

Common applications include assembling printer parts, mounting motors and sensors, joining enclosure panels, attaching hinges and latches, as well as general mechanical assemblies where standard M3 fasteners are used with 3D-printed parts.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
